About Our Menu

Most of our menu is made from scratch. Made from scratch means different things to different people. For example, in France restaurants have an emblem on their window signifying that they do not use manufactured processed ingredients. Likewise, made from scratch there means that they are using fresh ingredients.

Almost all of our menu items come from fresh ingredients. On a rare occasion do we use manufactured processed foods. For example, our salad dressings are home made with fresh ingredients. On occasions we will substitute a manufactured dressing where conditions dictate. Overall we adhere to chef-insipred fresh ingredient menus.

Fresh Baked

Our bread is fresh-baked daily. We currently are building a stand alone bakery as part of our kitchen. Chef Haley, our pastry chef, recently left us and went to the Biltmore Hotel in Asheville, NC.

This was a great upward move for her and her career and we look forward to her success in the future. We are currently looking to replace Chef Haley and if you have a culinary degree in pastry and baking please contact us.

Most of our deserts are made from scratch and we look forward to going to completely from scratch once our bakery kitchen is open.
